Byron 200 Launch

Last week we officially launched our year of celebrations for Lord Byron's bicentenary with an event hosted by the Italian Embassy in London. The ceremony was opened by Ambassador Inigo Lambertini with poetry readings by the Poet Laureate, Simon Armitage, and the Keats-Shelley House Poet-in-Residence, Scarlett Sabet. A short film of the evening produced by London ONE Radio, the official Italian radio station in the UK, captured some of the highlights.
